Five stars is not enough. One could not find a better person to guide you to your new home She is very knowledgeable and made the process very easy for us. We were unfamiliar with the area and she patiently spent time and effort in helping us make the right choice. She listened to and understood what we wanted and quickly elimated the sites that would not suit our needs. She did not try to push into making a decision. A wonderful experience, thank you.

We had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer at an open house in Burnt Store...a house we ultimately purchased! She is vivacious, and highly professional, not to mention highly knowledgeable about each of her listed properties and the community. We were guided through our whole purchase process from Michigan on an almost daily basis and because of her guidance every little thing was handled to perfection. We closed several weeks ago, confident that we received a great home, and that each person recommended (pool company, home watch service, etc.) were reputable and dependable. While we could rate her with 5+ stars, we give her a solid 10 for her service, and look forward to her friendship in the community as well!

Debi is a real professional. She keep us I nformed and solicited our input. I feel she worked hard to sell our property (which she did sell) by consistently advertising it, with pictures and showing it many times. She always gave us feedback after each showing which was very helpful. Debi kept her promises and was very easy to talk with and work with. I would definitely recommend her to my friends. She is a very friendly, upbeat and a very polite and mature individual. A real winner based on my dealing with many real estate brokers and agents over the years through the purchase and sale of 10 personal homes, two condos, two single family rental homes and two rental townhouses.

After several months with another company and no real results we recently contracted with Ken and Sue Parr and after several showings our unit sold in just over 6 weeks at 97% of our asking price.
