I have purchased 8 homes and sold 6 homes over the last 38 years. My experience with Susan Katanic was absolutely the best experience I ever had in the sale of a home. Susan did a fantastic job of marketing our home. Everything from the professional photographer she used to the glossy pamphlet produced to the virtual tour of our home was excellent. She held several open houses in a very short period of time. She was very responsive to our needs and was considerate of our time. Due to Susan’s efforts our home sold in three weeks. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market to either purchase a home or sell their home. Susan is the only realtor I will use in Florida to sell my home should that time come again. We want to take a moment to tell you how wonderful it was to work with your agent, Autumn Beckett, on our recent purchase of a home on Siesta Key. She was outstanding in helping we Mid-westerners through the intricacies of purchasing in another state. She not only helped us negotiate a good price but was so helpful every step of the way. She went above and beyond in guiding us through the inspection process, the “nightmare” of obtaining homeowners and flood insurance on the key, lining up folks to do what needed done and on and on.The really impressive part was her quick responses to every one of our questions. Kudos to her and to your organization. I have been in the real estate business for 44 years as a salesperson, broker, and sales manager, and for the last 20 years as owner of my company. Cathy was very helpful throughout all aspects of my recent home sale/purchase. She was very quick to respond to my questions and concerns as I am a first time homebuyer. I was very impressed by Susan Katanic. She helped us find a home to rent with very short notice and limited time in FL to visit properties. The information and tour of Sarasota that she provided while getting us from property to property was extremely helpful and will make our transition to the area much easier. I highly recommend her and will turn to her in the future if we are looking for another residence.
