Bob and his wife, Penny, made a difference by being constantly available to me, calling me more than weekly, visiting often, and because of his professional demeanor and attitude, kept me sane throughout the whole selling process. Anything I needed, any questions I had, and anytime I needed a shoulder to "cry" on, the Lorences were there. Bob took the time to provide total attention to my needs. THAT is what I call a fantastic sales associate, and one that, if the need should arise, I would use time and time again and refer whenever possible. Of course with Bob Lorence at the helm, the sale went through without a hitch.

Janis Collier had no reason to take me on as a client other than the fact that she has a heart of true gold. She was a friend of a very good friend of mine and simply because he asked a favor, she went from showing multimillion-dollar estates to clients one minute to allowing me to drag her from house to house for over a month. She spent way more time then I could have ever hoped for. Always delightful, compassionate and truly excited every time we found something that was a possibility. Ultimately, she was the one who found and drove me to the door of our dreams. The moment I walked in the front door I knew I was home. Her incredible generosity continued through the inspection and closing process where she went so above and beyond to make sure I was always in the very best hands. Not once did I ever sense even a slight feeling that I was a drain. Her drive, insight and empathy is beyond measure.

We would like to express our deep appreciation to Dana Westmark and Donald Geikie for the outstanding work they did for us. Not only did they sell our Lakewood Ranch home near the asking price in just a few short weeks, but introduced us to a community which fit our downsizing needs perfectly. Due to their hard work, we were able to close one day and make our purchase the following day. It was a painless miracle, and we will be forever grateful. My family and I cannot thank Judy enough for the way she helped us, and the way we were treated during the process of selling our home. To us, she was like one of our family doing the job. She always explained everything very thoroughly and on a level which was easy for us to understand. When we had questions or needed help, she provided answers for us. Dear Michael Saunders, My partner and I recently had the pleasure of moving into our new house at The Oaks. We had the good sense to use your company and the good fortune to be looked after by Miriam who, from start to finish, proved to be quite exceptionally efficient, meticulous and utterly charming throughout.
