Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Ann is simple the best! Knowledgeable, responsive, and knows the local market very well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to my mother-in-law!

Ann worked with us patiently for almost 9 months until we found just the right home. She managed the entire process of presenting our offer, negotiating the price, and proceeding to closing while we were out of state. We think so highly of Ann that we referred her to close friends of ours in Virginia who are exploring Sarasota. They were very pleased with the time and research Ann devoted to giving them a broad perspective of the area during their short visit.

Excellent on his part. We are not sure of what we want. He has given us incite on areas, prices and trends. My first year in Florida for the Winter. Not sure if we are going to rent or purchase. If we do buy it will be through Mitch.

Robin came highly recommended to us as we began our search for property in the Venice area. She has listened carefully to our comments on a wide variety of properties and has helped us understand the Venice area and the differences between the communities located here. We look forward to continuing our search with Robin's expertise and guidance and are confident we will find just the right property. We are thrilled to have Robin working with us!
