She managed the listing process well, handling clutter, tenants moving out, house cleaning/fixing, and great photography. After spending many weeks meeting with different realtors in the Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte area we decided to work with Rise because she was truly genuine, honest and we felt she had OUR best interest in mind. I must say she definitely came through! She had our home sold within 6 months and exactly for the money we wanted, we had many offers come our way but we did not entertain them all, as they did not benefit us and that is the kind of agent you want selling your home. She was always professional, courteous and she knows her business inside and out. If you want your home sold headache free and for the right price then I highly recommend Rise!

MaryElizabeth was recommended to us by a fellow realtor of her, a friend of our son. We are very happy that we accepted that recommendation. She was very important in making decisions in the preparation of our apartment for sale and in the pricing. Since we moved out well before the apartment went for sale, she undertook many of the day to day supervision of the work done in the unit and other decisions normally made by the owner. The result of all this showed in the ease by which the unit was sold. The apartment was on the market only for a week before it was sold and by a very agreeable price. One couldn't have expected anything better. Since we moved to New Jersey, again she had to undertake all the preparatory work for the closing. She was in an almost daily contact with us during this period; and all this is in good cheer. We feel a depth of gratitude for her excellent performance.

Debra is one of the most thorough realtor I have ever met. If she doesn't know the answer to a question she will find it for you. I am probably one of her more picky clients but she doesn't let that deter her in the least. Once I find my forever home I am confident that Debra and I will remain the best of friends!
