Marta was our guiding light during an extensive search for and purchase of our new home. Your sales associate, Jeff Weller, is a super person with many talents. He sold our condo and helped us buy another one. Regarding our purchase in Burnt Store Marina, we could not have been more pleased working with Jennifer Calenda. It truly was a great and E-A-S-Y experience. Jennifer’s warm personality, knowledge of the area and professionalism was outstanding. Being from out of state it really was key for us to connect. The team of Jennifer and Makala are great. They were always available and going beyond what was required or needed to ensure all went well with the transaction. We live in NJ and work in NYC, once back home we had limited availability to talk during normal business hours; Jennifer understood that and was accessible. The transaction was smooth and in the end, we had a great experience with the sellers as well and able to talk, post-settlement about the property, its quirks and their recommendations. That wouldn’t have happened if the transaction was more tense than it needed to be. People who do what is expected and execute well are great, those who go beyond-dazzle! You have dazzlers in Jenn and Makala. I fully expect we will use Jennifer’s services again and refer her to our friends and family.

Stuart was very helpful in identifying appropriate properties for me at the Venetian Golf and River club as I had asked for and he offered some great advice which was informative knowledgeable and of real Value both as buyer and seller! However I decided to stay put for the time being in my larger villa, but I would heartily recommend him for those who are looking to purchase in our lovely community at the Venetian golf and river club or in around Venice.
