I am writing to let you know how pleased my husband and I were with Janice Perry. We were winter residents and the time had come to sell our two condos. We inititally listed with an agent from the management company and for six months nothing happened. My husband called your office in downtown Sarasota and got Janice. Immediately things started happening. She was always available by telephone and couldn't have been more accomodating. She sold our two condos in less than 6 months and we are very happy. Allison is friendly, kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable not only about the area but also about contractors and all aspects of Sarasota living. We have been so impressed with Allison's conscientious work ethic. There is no question that she knows the area well. As our real estate advocate, she closely monitored everything regarding our recent purchase and has been thorough and meticulous in detail as we approach the closing of our other property. Marlene Marshall is an excellent Realtor. She helped us sell our condo on Siesta Key. Marlene was excellent in keeping us up on all the Florida procedures, and is very knowledgeable regarding the condo market on Siesta Key. She is a very competent Realtor.
