I give Reatha 5 stars. Just arriving in the area, I stopped at the first Real estate agency I saw to find a map of the area. Reatha asked if she could help and provided some maps. I told her my plans to look for a house or a lot to purchase. (Maybe) She offered her assistance if needed and gave me her contact information. Long story short, she sent me information on properties I might be interested in. I made a list, she drove me around the area to look. I ended up purchasing a perfect spot for me. Reatha is very Knowledgeable of the area and was very helpful with any questions I had. She was also very energetic and responsive and quick to get back to me on any questions asked. I am very pleased and feel very lucky to have met Reatha, I would highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance with real estate in the area.

Knowledgeable and patient, he guided me to place my home for sale at the optimum time, educated me on smart staging, and prepared marketing tools that showcased my property handsomely. He took care of every detail and returned my calls and emails expeditiously. Negotiating with potential buyers had always been nerve wracking for me--Tony took the strain away by listening, honoring my desires, and constructing the compromise that allowed both parties a win. My home sold at a maximum appropriate to the market, and within 5 weeks--and closing was smooth and effortless. When you pay a commission, you expect attentiveness and expertise--Tony delivers.

I would highly recommend Robin to any family member or friends. While we have not found the exact property match for ourselves we have just begun our search and Robin has provided a lot of helpful input. She is very professional and caring. Miss Carla has a great personality and makes sure all processes for completing a buy and sell are done promptly and correctly. As a buyer, we had some hurdles with our new home and I give Ms. Stephenson the credit of mastering them.
