My husband and I decided to sell our home on the California coast (which we loved) and buy a new one in Sarasota. My parents had purchased a home in Sarasota with Judy Nimz as their agent and raved about her. They call her “Mama Judy” because they felt so taken care of. Given their experience with Judy, we decided that she would be best to help us with our new home purchase. Judy went above and beyond introducing us to our new chosen home city of Sarasota. She took us around to various neighborhoods, showed us restaurants and things that we may like based on our interests. She also took care of details and checked in often to see how things were going and to make sure we didn’t miss anything important. In the end we would up with a home we love in an area that we now have a connection to thanks to Judy. We will not hesitate to recommend her to friends.

James Hope recently helped my husband and me find and purchase our new home, a beautiful 2 story in Sarasota, Florida. I had a small portfolio of properties to sell in Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch. I therefore fully expected to have to make trips from my home in England to Florida to organise the sales. I was mistaken! Well I never left my armchair in England as Kristina was unbelievable. I was simply not needed. Kristina sold the properties and Lakewood Ranch is a very difficult process with the strict Homeowners association there. Simply put, she is the best.
