Jon is a great realtor. He knew what we were interested in, and showed us houses accordingly. He also would send us links to anything new on the market. Jon also was very informative on what we needed to do in order to sell our house.

Joanne helped navigate us to communities she knew we would like. Joanne had been dealing with us for years especially when it came to whether we wanted new or resale. The holdup for the two of us was if we wanted to split our time in Florida or just pick up and move. Joanne guided us with information to consider from before breaking ground to the final walk through. She is warm and has great sense of humor that made the entire process much easier!

Jonathan Abrams was my local realtor in handling the sale of my home in Ridgewood ,New Jersey. He was extremely professional and beyond helpful in assisting me with that sale. Selling a home long distance brings additional wrinkles, but Jonathan dealt with all aspects to get the job done, from an excellent referral to a NJ realty company initially, to overseeing the closing upon completion. My particular home sale involved an extreme situation that Jonathan handled with tact and diplomacy, dealing with the NJ realtors and attorneys with efficiency. I highly recommend this personable, hard working young man. I will definitely use his services in the future.
