Janet was incredibly attentive and diligent in helping us find our home in Nokomis. We were under a very tight timeline and she pulled it off! She was also a true pleasure to work with and we enjoyed her company along the way. I was very impressed with Jon as well! He and Janet worked really well together pointing out various details to pay attention to. They struck a great balance in giving us individual custom attention but also the space we needed to make a decision. Great folks. So grateful for them!

Jonathan was referred to us by a realtor friend in Massachusetts. We came to Florida in October 2015 with the hopes of finding our permanent residence on the Gulf coast. We looked in many communities from Naples to Anna Maria Island. It was Jonathan who took the time to ask about our lifestyle and habits. He recommended Venice and we couldn't be happier. After looking at several homes we found the one! The purchasing process was handled long distance as we had to return North but all went smoothly with Jonathan keeping us informed every step of the way. Pam was very prompt in answering any questions I had pertaining to the sale of my condo or the condo I purchased, which was a very drawn out procedure. She was always there with updates and clearly explained everything.. She is very knowledgeable regarding any RE questions on the many forms, yes many forms to be done according to state regulations. I would not hesitate to refer her to my friends and family, she is a very sweet person.

Kim was a joy to work with. A very honest and Christian woman, positive all the way through our transaction that things would work out the way they were supposed to be, and they did. I love her computer skills for market analysis, checking whether permits had been filed on the property by previous owners, and her knowledge of the area. Kim was very responsive to our requests and made it easy to sign papers electronically. I loved working with Kim and consider her part of my family now.

Trish really knows her stuff! She was very familiar with our location and kept a close eye on other properties for sale in our area. She keeps the seller informed of critical dates and what her expectations are of you for showings. She was a delight to work with. P.S. The first person to look at my house, after one day being listed on MLS, bought it!
