I am writing to bring to your attention the OUTSTANDING performance of one of your agents, Kaitlin Kuhn. We retained Kaitlin in the sale of our condo on Siesta Key. It is always difficult to be an absentee seller. Without Kait there is no question that this sale would not have been achieved. We recently purchased a condo unit in a new building. Jonathan was the most dependable of those involved on the sell side. He rapidly responded to our requests, proactively offered helpful information and most importantly, was a dependable problem solver for issues that often were clearly outside his scope of responsibility. Sherri did a terrific job in marketing and selling our condo on Longboat Key. Sherri took the time to understand our objectives and constraints and to personalize her approach to marketing our property. Sherri truly worked to earn our business. She understands the local market very well. Both Sherri and her assistant Janet expended time and effort to prepare the unit for listing which was absolutely critical for us given that we are out of country. I would highly recommend Sherri and we will use her again should we buy on Longboat Key in the future.
