Kevin is fabulous— so welcoming, warm and friendly, patient and understanding. Purchasing a home on Don Pedro/ Palm Island was a big decision. However, Kevin's wealth of knowledge regarding all aspects of Palm Island made that decision much easier. We would like to acknowledge Lin Dunn and Maurice Menager, who were so wonderful to work with. Not only were they very professional and extremely knowledegable, but so very friendly and personable. Lin and Maurice gave us a tour of Sarasota, the various neighborhoods, activities to do and restaurants, and helped us fall in love with the area. When we found the house we wanted, Lin and Maurice worked diligently to help us get it. They kept us informed and updated, almost on a daily basis regarding the process through closing. Having made our move to Sarasota and absolutely loving it and our new home, it wouldn't have happened as easily as it did without the expertise of Lin and Maurice.
