Kevin went above and beyond to make the selling experience pleasant. He also helped us immensely as we were selling from a distance and couldn't do many of the small things needed to empty a townhouse after 19 years. I can't think of a thing he could have done differently to make the transaction go more smoothly. We are extremely grateful to him and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Home selling and buying can be extremely stressful and challenging. Trying to accomplish both tasks while being out of state residents just adds an additional degree of difficulty. Thankfully, we selected George as our Realtor and having him available to help us through this process was a godsend. From advising us on getting our house ready for sale to developing a marketing plan he was there for us each step of the way. In locating and finding a new home, George was patient, understanding and a good listener. All in all, George went above and beyond in handling both transactions. As a result we will seek his guidance in selecting a Realtor to help with the sale of our northern home.

We met Mark at an open house when we were just beginning to think about selling our condo and purchasing a home. Some time later when we did decide to move forward we both remembered Mark and both felt we would feel comfortable working with him. The process to list our condo went very smoothly. Mark worked with a good photographer who took amazing video and photos showing our condo off beautifully. At the same time, Mark took us out to look at homes to purchase. We spent most of a day with him but ended up purchasing a for sale by owner home. Even though there was no commission for him, he kindly offered to answer any other questions we had. Our condo went under contract within about a week of listing. We recommend Mark highly and would definitely work with him again if the need arose.

We listed our home in Lakeshore Village with George in June. He had an offer for us in Sept and we closed in mid Oct. Working with George was an absolute pleasure. Having been a RE broker in CA I know a good agent when I see one, and George is excellent. George is extremely knowledgeable, competent, and professional. We openly discussed various strategies for selling the home and decided on a course of action which George then implemented. As I stated previously, working with George was a pleasure. I would recommend him to anyone as an excellent agent. If they had 6 stars, I'd give him all six.

Mark is the BEST! We moved across country from Michigan to Florida and the entire experience with Mark was amazing. He really put in a lot of effort helping us find the perfect house, listening to what was important for our family situation and new lifestyle desires. Once we found our house Mark literally took care of everything for us - from making sure we weren't overpaying for our house, negotiating our deal, lining up our inspection, getting quotes from contractors on inspection items, and more. We've dealt with many realtors and Mark was hands down THE BEST experience we have ever had buying a house. We highly recommend Mark and will use him for our future needs.
