I was not familiar with Sarasota when I contacted Janet and she listened to my needs and asked good questions about my preferences to help narrow down a search. I needed to sell my CA house so for 9 mos we kept in touch and she updated available houses the entire time. She worked hard to scout out appealing choices and I bought a wonderful house not on the market due to her dilligence in locating the perfect place. A dedicated professional, Janet is a gem!

She was amazing. She sold out home in two weeks after we had been with another realtor for 90 days. She is a true professional and very detail oriented. Noel is completely honest and will tell you what you may or may not want to hear but if you want to sell your house- listen to her. I should have hired her as my first realtor and I would have sold my house so much quicker. If you want to sell your home this is the right realtor to have. I can't say enough but thank you Noel

Michelle is a consummate professional. From initial listing, through development of a marketing plan, advertising and showing, and then through negotiating a contract and remaining hands-on through closing, her expertise and effort were exceptional. I can't praise her enough for her help in selling my house, and I can recommend her without reservations to anyone in need of an outstanding realtor.

I needed to sell my mother's condo and was looking for someone who had a good reputation and experience representing homes in the River Strand community. The biggest challenge I was facing was having to complete the deal 100% remotely. Heather Golden was absolutely the agent for me! Not only did she take care of all of the details, and there were a lot, Heather was extremely responsive and very detailed each week with updates. Not only did she help in the preparation for sale but was there every step of the way to offer advice and help, as well as keeping an eye on the process the buyer needed to go through. I absolutely could not have accomplished this sale, in a very short period of time and at the right price, without Heathers professional help! Thank you Heather!
