I have had the honor and privilege of knowing Becky Sirigotis for the past 5 years. We met through a mutual friend when she invited me to a Financial Planning Presentation she was hosting for a group of women who lived in our beachfront community. Our relationship with Bernadette Caswell began after she successfully negotiated the sale of my sister-in-law's high-end home in Sarasota during a very down economy. We engaged with her to assist our elderly father (who lived alone in the area) in finding an apartment or spot in a senior living community that would meet his needs. His reluctance kept that from happening but Bernadette continued to make wise suggestions over several months. Finally, when his home became available for sale, Bernadette jumped in to help us manage its renovations, appraisal and marketing. The house went to contract within its 1st moth on the market and sold for within 1% of our asking price, which was higher than we'd hoped for due to some lower comps in the area. We couldn't have been more pleased with Bernadette's insights and willingness to help our family with every detail. None of us live in the area and she made the entire process seamless and as painless as possible.

After having worked with numerous real estate agents over thirty plus years of buying homes it is easy to say that Karen Brown is the hardest working most professional agent we have ever met. It took us seven trips over two years working with her to find the neighborhood and our forever retirement home in the Punta Gorda area. Karen never gave up on us, was always there for a quick and honest response any time we had a question or some new thought. We have already introduced her to two close friends.

Autumn Moore came recommended as a realtor from a college friend. What a gift! She took to heart our "must haves" and found us the perfect home on the first day. (It was actually the FIRST house we looked at, but had to look at the others to be polite π). We are new to Florida and had questions about local expectations and concerns. She had answers for us and if not, she found out the answers. When we asked to close 10 days early, she did the behind the scenes work to make it happen. With Autumn, we were always moving ahead. We did not languish at any point in the process. Her upbeat attitude was much appreciated! At closing, we told her we would miss her texts and emails as it felt like she's become a friend. We highly recommend Autumn Moore as your Realtor!
