When I decided to sell my home, I called Tama to do a market analysis. She was one of three agents that I called. Not only did she help me set a market price for the house, which sold quickly, but she helped me empty my closets, rearrange the furniture and show off the hardwood floors, all this before I even signed the listing papers! Hiring Tama was a no-brainer. Being delighted with the quick results and price we got was a wonderful bonus.

Tama listens better than any one I've ever met. When I was looking for a new home and told her what I had in mind, I never worried she would take me to some house I wouldn't like. She found me my perfect home in less time than I thought it would take. She's terrific!

Donald Geike and Dana Westmark did a truly outstanding job of selling our home. Their diligence and good humor made the arduous process of leaving our home of 33 years so much easier. Through my research online, I was very fortuante to identify Kim Ogilvie as a successful and knowledgeable sales person to contact. Moving from San Francisco to Sarasota, we needed the right real estate agent to help us understand the right location and buildings to consider. Kim is an exceptional agent and her team is very responsive and excellent at follow-up. We had many details to work through, as well as a three hour time difference.
