Just wanted to tell you what an exceptional and professional job Jackie Kennedy did recently selling our house. She felt like a warm friend, assisting us with many decisions - always on our side. In the last 6 years we have bought or sold 5 properties with 6 Realtors. The most recent transactions were handled by Judy Nimz. She was by far the best Realtor with whom we have worked with. It has been a pleasure to work with Judy! She was extremely patient with us and found us homes we loved. Judy was most helpful in many aspects of the process, and very helpful in solving problems that allowed each sale to go through. As a Realtor I would call Millie and Ken a Realtors Realtor! They are caring knowledgeable and took great care of my needs. When others dropped the ball they picked it up and ran with it until my concerns were resolved. I highly recommend them and will to my own clients who relocate. Millie masterfully negotiated the exact price for purchase that I said I wanted. Only a real pro can accomplish and know how to achieve those results. Ken's encyclopedic knowledge of housing was invaluable for both advice and options I might consider to accomplish my goals in the house.
