Due to health reasons, my husband and I decided to buy a house in Florida and retire. It sounds so easy, doesn't it! We knew the area we were interested in and found Millie Walker /realtor with Michael Saunders and Company. We made a trip to the area and Millie had a number of houses lined up for us to see. Several would have worked for us but by the time we saw them they already had contracts on them. Since Millie knew exactly what we were looking for, she was sending us listings she knew would be perfect us. Millie and her husband Ken found us the perfect place. We wound up buying the house sight unseen. When we arrived in Florida to see the house and to close on it, we were more than surprised! It was everything we were looking for plus! Debra has gone above and beyond with assistance in finding our new home and with all the problems that cropped up with our choice. It is highly unlikely, as charming as we can sometimes be, that we were the easiest, most decisive clients that Gregory has encountered. We are retired from Colorado and decided we would like to have a home in Florida. Gregory helped us sort through our retirement needs and fantasy’s even when we ran amok with price and/or, functionality. His professionalism, perseverance, attention to detail and kind manor helped us to find our niche in, what was to us, a somewhat strange land. Working with Kristina was, without a doubt, a wonderful experience. As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I had lots of questions about the process of purchasing a home and Kristina was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. Kristina’s replies were always prompt and she often surprised me by how quickly she would respond to my emails or calls. Her kind manner made me feel very comfortable when working with her.
