I have worked with Stuart on several occasions. He is very knowledgeable of the local area and current real estate trends. His professionalism shows in the important things like knowing the details of his contracts and reviewing the abundant paperwork that is required in a real estate transaction and also in the small things like always being on time. Stuart is honest, hardworking and personable. Stuart has a good knowledge of the Bradenton/Sarasota area property market and is working hard to help us sell our property in Lakewood Ranch, he is always well presented and professional. We are provided with regular feedback from viewings and Open Houses to assist us with having the house ready for that one special buyer. As Stuarts says "it only takes one guys".

It was a pleasure meeting and working with Heather throughout our interest in moving to the Sarasota/Bradenton area (from Ft. Myers, FL).
