Jody's excellent knowledge of the local real estate market, neighborhoods, price trends and new construction ensured we purchased the right home for the right price in the right location to fit my family's needs. Her years of experience were crucial as she advised us through two simultaneous negotiations with sellers. When the home inspection report recommended we bring in a couple of specialists for further investigation, she was able to schedule additional inspections on short notice to ensure we met the time constraints indicated in the sales agreement. While under contract, but before actual close, she was more than willing to make arrangements for us to visit the house so we could begin interior design planning and to receive quotes from contractors. I would use Jody as my broker again.

Kelly is so professional and personable. We wouldn't be in our dream home if it were not for her. We flew out twice from ca and Kelly had so much patience and was never pushy! The whole experience was pleasant. Thank you Kelly!!!
