Dear Michael, with the extraordinary effort of Kristen Srur, my wife and I just closed on our home. I was able to get my first good nights sleep in months. I am sure you are aware Kristen is an outstanding real estate agent. I would like you to know I feel she went above and beyond to help my family secure this home. The path here was not easy, but Kristen never hid behind her voicemail like other agents. She made herself available at all times. She was forceful when she needed to be and caring and compassionate when things looked bleak. I honestly believe, had I picked any other agent, I would have lost this home. A special thanks goes to Bobbie Banan for her continuous commitment to selling my parents condo in Longboat Key. The process of selling their vacation home would have been a HUGE process for our family if it were not for the help of an incredible Realtor - Bobbie. She was great with keeping our family (in another state) in the loop with recommendations. What was over and above was when we had to have a few repairs done to the home (when under contract) - Bobbie was instrumental with getting people in to do the proper fixes in order to continue the process of selling. As of today the condo is sold and though it is bittersweet to our family for we all have incredible memories from our parents vacation home, it was a sale that had to be done and Bobbie and her team took the stress out of our family having to go through this while living in another state. Thank you Bobbie!

Sherri Mills is an outstanding agent. An absolute professional and the best we have ever worked with. Over the last 18 years we have bought and sold several homes.
