From our initial meeting to the final closing on our property everything about our experience with Jim was superb! The properties that he showed us were exactly as we had defined in our wish list. He continually kept us up to date as to our negotiating progress and final closing, which he expertly orchestrated in our absence. Cheryl has been very helpful and available to accomadate our searches for property in Bradenton and surrounding areas. She is very knowledgeable and informative. SHE IS VERY INFORMATIVE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ISSUES TO BE CONSIDERED IN LOOKING AT VARIOUS PROPERTIES SUCH AS FLOOD ZONES, COST PER SQUARE FOOT, AGES OF APPLIANCES, NEGHBORHOODS, ETC. If you want a HOUSE, you can find your own house in Sarasota. There are many for sale year-round. If you want a HOME, this is your guy! Mr. Freed is top-notch all the way around. He pays attention to detail, and he has a spirit even greater than his real estate expertise. There really are many THOUSANDS of realtors in Sarasota. Not all of them are motivated by YOUR interests, but this agent is the best you will find. This agent will work day & night to help you find the right property. If he has time to take you as a client, do not look further. You will not be disappointed. Michael Saunders is a very successful agency known for our exclusively high-end market, but they and Mr. Freed are also willing to work with the more average and ordinary. You will be treated the same either way.

As the POA for my parents I needed a strong realtor to handle the sale of their condo in Florida. Selling the property from out of state I just can't imagine completing all the necessary work with any other realtor. Dawn is amazing, she returned every phone call, text, email, in a timely manner and stayed on top of all needed transactions. My expectation level of a realtor is now extremely high and not sure I will ever be so lucky to have a realtor in the same class as Dawn. Thank you Dawn! Deb B
