Robin is definitely a 5 star excellent realtor! When we were in Venice this past March just looking around the city and communities, she spent over 3 hours with us just showing what neighborhoods were in our price range. After our return to Wyoming we continued to stay in touch. Now that we are closer to realizing our dream of living in Florida, she is guiding us in finding our perfect home. How fortunate we are to have Robin!

Moving from out of state is stressful, however when paired with Monica Verinder as your realtor the stress seems to melt away. I am a "take the bull by the horns" kind of person so I wasn't sure how Monica would react when I gave her a two page list of houses and told her I needed to see all of them in 1 week. "No sweat" she said. "We can go from morning until as late as they'll let us." Right there I knew that she could 1) Handle my Type A, I want to lead personality, and 2) do it without difficulty. When my husband and I showed up for our whirlwind week of house shopping, she was ready to go with my list broken down and priortized based on my likes and needs. WE had seven days and we found our dream home in four!! Monica was/is a blessing. She knows everything!! Houses, Food, Funiture, Schools, Accessories, Shopping, whatever it is she knows it. She is a wonderful realtor, with expert knowledge and a wonderful personality. She advises you when asked and without leading or steering you in a direction you don't want to go. I highly recommend her as your realtor. You will not be disappointed.

If you are searching for a great realtor, look no further - you won't find a more dedicated and devoted realtor than Reatha Valera! On recommendation from a previous home buyer, we put our wish list together and contacted Reatha to help us find a second home in Florida along the Gulf coast somewhere between Sarasota and Englewood. As we quickly found out, Reatha is very knowledgeable about the entire area and within a half day, she provided listings to help narrow our search. It was like having our own personal shopper! At the time, we were renting more than 2 hours away from the area we were looking at. Reatha always made herself available - day or night - to accommodate our timeframes to look at homes and was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. She's both professional and fun and puts in the time and effort to meet the objectives of both buyers and sellers. In that regard, she is a matchmaker of sorts. There is no doubt that she loves what she does and, at the end of the day, she is only happy if you are happy with the decision you have made. Simply put, the "motto" we came up with to describe our experience with Reatha is "Right Place, Right Time, Right Realtor!" She was on top of her game during the entire process of finding us the right property, preparing the offer & purchase contracts, conducting inspections and any follow up, and, finally, the closing.
