Every once in awhile you get lucky in life. For us, it was the day we were introduced to Kevin Mackin by way of fellow agent, Michael Hollenbeck. You see, Michael knew we were sold on a nearby, mainland property in Grove City and stood to earn a sizable commission. But Michael sensed we wanted more: privacy, beach, adventure and old Florida feel. So Michael handed the baton to Kevin and off we were aboard "The Little House on the Ferry". My wife and I met Jennifer by chance in late February 2013 at the Burnt Store Marina boat ramp. Looking back, we are very glad we did. Jennifer and I exchanged business cards, where she promptly replied with a pleasant introduction of herself, and without hesitation set up an auto-feed of listings in the immediate and surrounding Punta Gorda area. For the past 3-1/2 years, Jennifer continued to send us active listings in the greater Punta Gorda area. We met with Jennifer a few times over the past 3 years to view lots and houses on the market, but it wasn’t until this past June that after all the listings and viewings, we finally decided to purchase property in Burnt Store Lakes. After our decision to purchase property in June, Jennifer set-up one-on-one meetings with several builders in the area for us. She also joined us for these meetings, helping us ask the important questions and share our vision with the builders for our perfect retirement home. In January 2016 my mother passed away in Sarasota, Florida, I was living in Rochester, NY and was made the executor of her estate and was given the task of selling her home. Not being familiar with the Sarasota housing market I was referred to Amy by a family friend (also a realtor) as a good realtor for this market. After Amy and I spoke on the phone she completed an extensive market analysis showing the comparable properties and prices in the area of my mother’s home. She also recommended the best price to sell the home in a timely manner. Amy handled everything from listing to closing and made the process go so smoothly! Throughout the selling process Amy was an invaluable resource for me every step of the way. She was always there to answer my questions and help get the property sold. She also performed an extensive marketing campaign to show the home to the widest audience. I was very impressed with her professionalism and would not hesitate for a moment to refer anyone I know to her in both selling and buying capacities. Amy is a knowledgeable, professional, efficient and pleasant person, all extremely important attributes in her profession. I have worked with several real estate agents over many years. Cynthia, by far, is the best agent I have ever worked with. She took us to see several properties from Punta Gorda to Osprey. The woman is a saint as we requested to see several properties in a short amount of time. She showed us properties that were exactly what we were looking for. We happily bought a great condo in Venice. She took care of every detail from beginning to end. We were in Pittsburgh, PA and she attended to every detail for us from home inspections, appraisal and everything else that came down the pike. She kept in touch with us every step of the way. My siblings and i couldn't be more pleased with the help that Marcia provided in selling our mother's condominium. None of us are on the ground on Siesta Key and Marcia's high quality of service and communication ensured that the distance was not an issue.
