Sherri did an incredible job marketing and selling my condo on Longboat Key. Sherri knows the market very well and was able to negotiate a great price for my unit. Her attention to detail and facilitating the unit to look great to show saved me a ton of time. Sherri would be my first choice in picking an agent in the Sarasota area. It took me three years to find the best agent to sell my unit. Avoid wasted time and use Sherri! Living 1,200 miles from the property I was selling, Sherri handled everything flawlessly.

My husband and I bought our first house with Carol Stewart. The sale went so well we went back to her again to purchase a second property. Carol knows all the contractors and vendors in the area. This was a big plus for us since we were from out of state. We found her outgoing, full of energy and extremely honest. As a former Executive VP and General Manager, I know the value of customer service. Betsy is a credit to your company and its fine standards. She is professional, diligent and personable. Betsy made sure we were entirely comfortable with each aspect of buying our home. She made it happen for us and our appreciation of her work is boundless. Without her unwavering attention to our personal situation, I am not sure we would have been able to buy our home.
