it would have ben easerier if i could have saved it but everytime i put my email and password in it keeps saying it can't find me. so after 2 or 3 trys i just give up.i can't even get an email on ??? i asked i get instead a phone call witch i mentioned i am at work to just email me. maybe u can answer me on this place aor places like this close to the beach at this price or better yet for less for us to see. i am going to the va to see how much i can get for a va loan. then just buy a place . my credit score is i beleave now 780. i have very good credit. i see just now u r asking me about janet oberholtzer well it's not her it's with who ever i ask ????s about homes .

Sue Parr deserves an 'Excellent' rating. I have experience with 3 realtors over that past 5 years during 5 real estate transactions in Burnt Store Marina. Sue was the most honest, intelligent, service oriented and thorough during the purchase of my current Burnt Store condo and sale of the preceding unit. She was clear and direct in her communication which enabled me to make decisions quickly. Furthermore, she handled many tasks that facilitated the purchase and sale transactions, enabling me to minimize the time and costs while I owned 2 units. Since we were new to this area, we had been doing research on our own looking over the housing possibilities. We did not know of a good real estate office but just happened to stop at Michael Saunders Realty and met Randy McLendon. After explaining our criteria he immediately had options to show us and spent the afternoon reviewing & touring possible areas and houses. After honing in on likes/dislikes Randy made additional referrals to drive by. Over the next couple weeks Randy kept in touch to see if he could answer any questions or help us in anyway. We then found a few more homes to look at and took us on a second tour. We were able to find the house we liked very much. Once that was done, Randy quickly and efficiently helped us with a buyers offer and effectively communicated with the seller’s agent. Offer was accepted and MSC title was able to close on the requested date with no issues. Closing was very straight forward and was very fast since there was no mortgage. We were very happy with our experience. Randy’s professional attitude and knowledge of the area was sincerely appreciated in helping us find a wonderful home.

Sue was amazing! Since we were out of state buyers, she took the time to get us information about the area so we could make the most informed choice, which was invaluable to us. She made us feel like we were her top priority at every turn. And, because we were out of state buyers, Sue made sure that the home inspection and anything else we needed was done correctly and timely. A true professional and extremely knowledgeable, I would always recommend her.

We have known Ken and Sue Parr for several years so when it was time to put our condo on the market they were our first choice as realtors. They took our listing very seriously and made every effort to get the property sold. That included numerous open houses to the public and the realtors. The condo was unfurnished so they staged some of the areas to make it look more appealing. When we received an offer they were very helpful in negotiating the final sale price. We would highly recommend them if you are looking for a real estate agent.
