I have known Kim for almost 7 years and used her services when looking for our home. She is a go-getter and really listens to her clients needs and wants. We recently purchased a wonderful home with the help of Linda Driggs. My husband and I have bought and sold a few homes in Sarasota and I must say that this was probably the easiest transaction that we have done. Linda was extremely well informed and efficient. She and her husband very graciously invited us into their own home and gave us a grand tour. She has a way that makes you feel that you are not doing business, but visiting with old friends. We feel very fortunate to have met her.

Simply put , Linda Driggs is the best Realtor ever ! She went way above and beyond my expectations in helping me with a difficult sale . She even staged my house with her own furniture to enhance the property . Just wanted to drop a little note to let you know what a positive experience we had with our recent home purchase. We hired Leah Secondo as we knew of her through my sister who went to school with Leah. Leah was wonderful! She was always up front, professional. Promptly returned phone calls or emails. She never misled us. We have already recommend her to friends who may relocate from NY and we would certainly hire her again.
