There aren't enough stars to click on in this survey. Vicki Gill was so great to work with from the beginning of e-mailing me in Atlanta ( before even coming down to start the search for a new home) to the final day of closing. I probably texted her, or called , or e-mailed a million times during the process and she never once seemed impatient or bothered and came back within minutes to every question. Once I apologized for contacting her on the weekend and she responded, "No problem! That's what we do!" I have already recommended Michael Saunders... and Vicki... to several people. If I ever buy or sell again, she will be my first choice. I will be moving into my new home next week. I will always be grateful to Vicki for her hard work.

Maurice is professional, communicates/articulates every step of the process...even better sold the home quickly!!! I was most impressed with the detailed marketing photos and brochures the most professional quality I have ever seen.

My husband, Bobby and I bought a home in Florida the end of May with the help of Dianne Corcoran, a Realtor with Michael Saunders & Company. We were so very pleased with Dianne's professionalism, knowledge and friendly, very helpful personality! I am a Realtor in Virginia but buying or selling in Florida has some differences so it made it even more special that Dianne respected my real estate knowledge and instintively seemed to know what we wanted/expected she delivered that and more. Jim was wonderful to work with. I had owned the rental house I was selling for more then 10 years . Just wanted to sell it and had a price in mind, my son who did the work to make the house worthy to sell had a much higher price in mind. Knowing Jim for many years as a friend first and sales agent second I knew I would be dealing with him. He is honest and trustworthy . Jim came over and looked at the house, he suggested yet a higher price. I was very surprised at his suggestion but trusted him so I went with his price.When the house was sale worthy he listed it. The first couple to see the house,loved it looked at it another time with their parents and the house was sold for the full asking price. Took about thirty days from listing to closing. Thank you Jim. I recommend him to another friend and she also was very happy with his professionalism in the sale of her home.

Elizabeth is everything you could possibly want in a realtor. She is very, very smart and has a range of knowledge that would qualify her as an expert botanist and landscaper, an expert in housing history and the history of Sarasota, very well versed in fine and performing arts, very knowledgeable about finances and financing, and incredibly well informed about the residential housing market in Sarasota. In addition to that she is an excellent listener and totally engaged with her clients. She is highly organized, efficient and completely committed to understanding and providing what her clients want. On top of it all she is straightforward, honest, and direct. We would recommend Elizabeth most highly and without the slightest reservation. Maybe we need to modify what we said when we said Elizabeth is everything you could possibly want in a realtor.
