I have move 5 times and I have never met a more professional and caring agent. In 2015 my wife and I want to buy a home in Sarasota but lived in NJ. The market in Sarasota was very dynamic and houses were moving fast and being from the NY area, we can be more demanding by nature. We put Jim through the ringer and he never complained once or lost patience with us. He even exchanged emails with me at 11 pm at night and the went back to the office to make sure papers got in. We had the great fortune of meeting Team Maslen (Sandra and Jessica) thru either serendipity or divine intervention. If you knew the story of how we sold our home in Illinois, you would select the latter. Our past experiences in buying and selling multiple pieces of property had never involved a real estate agent. We could not have asked for a better Team to represent our interests and to educate us on the real estate transaction process in Florida. Any questions and/or concerns that we may have had were always addressed in a timely and professional manner. Never once were we given a "sales" answer, we were always given the straight facts without hesitation. If we are ever in the real estate market again, as a buyer or seller, we will only call one Team - Team Maslen. When you have had the experience of dealing with the best, there is no need to test the rest.

We have no idea who Erin Halstead is.....or why we are suddenly getting emails from her. We have contacted no realtor here in Port Charlotte / Punta Gorda and would never consider using one all the way in Englewood if we ever would require one.
