We bought a condo at Heritage Oaks Country Club. From the minute we met David, we knew our property would be in good hands. We live in the Boston area and it is very comforting to know our condo is being rented to reliable , responsible people. He makes owning a condo and living in another state effortless. David is in contact with us on a regular basis . Anything we may need he is only a phone call away, no questions asked. He takes care of whatever it is we need. I would highly recommend David , his work ethic is second to none. We have owned for 3 years now and his commitment to us has never waivered. He gives Michael Saunders a very reputable name.

It was only 6 months from the time Marie Monsky first showed me my new condo til the time she sold both my Longboat Key condos and I moved in. What a whirlwind! I couldn't have done it without her. She was there every step of the way, smoothing the way and making things easy. Both Marie and her partner Saint were unbelievably creative and responsive. I am particularly impressed with Marie's ability to grasp the essence of a negotiating point and repeat back exactly what I intended to the buyer. An invaluable skill! Erin was a godsend to me when I suddenly found myself having to sell my father's home after he passed away unexpectedly. I am located in upstate New York and with just one phone call Erin was able to assess my needs while I was able to continue with my life. Her approach towards real estate transactions is elegant and thoughtful, always responsive to her client's changing needs and heeding the details. She took time to examine each aspect of my unit to see how it could be improved for staging purposes. She gave me practical suggestions which had a big impact. Additionally, she took time to ensure that professional photographs were taken perfectly from every angle. Recently, my husband and I have had the expertise of Alain in selling our home. He constantly displayed to us his intellectual knowledge as a professional Realtor. He directed our steps everyday: stopping by our home, calling us, e-mailing us, always giving us updates about new information that he might have received from other sources concerning the home sale process. Alain has a very calming spirit and manner intertwined with a sense of humor that we appreciated and needed...selling a home can be stressful! We chose Michael Saunders & Company because of your reputation. We were very fortunate in selecting Scott Johnston as our agent. I don't know what I would rate number one with Scott: attitude, communication skills, enthusiasm, energy, reliability or just being a really nice guy. I feel he was number one in all of the above. We feel if we were ever again to buy or sell in Florida, we would want Scott Johnston as our agent. Of course we will recommend your agency at every opportunity.
