Anna is very attentive, listening to what you are looking for and then helping you find it. But more importantly, she is there for you during the mortgage application process, which has become extremely complicated and involved. She did a fair amount of hand-holding for me while I worked through the volumes of paperwork required now, and went to bat for me by helping get my closing date moved back to an earlier date after it had been pushed to a later date twice. When you work with someone on one of life's larger transactions, you want to have this man on your side. There is a lot to learn, Lin does that. Alot to do, organize and accomplish, and he is there every step with every detail. From the start he was clear he wanted me to be happy with the process and the outcome. When have you had someone offer that level of service? He stayed in contact. And ultimately Lin brought me the competing offers on my condo (yea). And really got me the best price he could. Heidi was very knowledgeable about the area and the market we were interested in. We especially appreciated her honesty.
