We have recently decided to put our Sarasota condo on the market. In the past year Joanne has sold 2 homes for us both of which were an effortless process for us though I'm sure far harder for Joanne !!! As residents of the U.K. we were constantly updated and felt super confident with the highly professional service we received. Joanne didn't over inflat our expectations and she was spot on with her valuations with one of the homes selling on day one.Nothing was too much trouble for her and I would like to think I've gained a realtor as a friend ??The next time we venture into the property market Joanne will be the first person I will call or who I would recommend. Happy selling !!!

Anyone can list a home but actually selling and getting it closed can be a stressful process. We selected Jon because of the homework he did to maximize the value of our property and we believed his temperament would be an asset during the sales process. Sure enough, our buyers were demanding overly piddly issues that were outside of our contract but Jon dealt with them shielding us and keeping the closing date on schedule. The end result, Jon found and closed a buyer for our home at 97% of our asking price.

Bill definitely went above and beyond his job. 5 stars really isn’t enough to give to him. We really couldn’t be happier that we found Bill. Following are the things that I think Bill has been consistently exceeded: 1. Expertise- I was very impressed every time when I got the response from Bill. His expertise and timely response makes him really reliable. 2. Timely communication - was amazed by how Bill was able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. It’s not just about the deliver on time; it’s the accuracy of his response and the knowledge he has that really makes the whole home selling/buying process smooth. 3. Professionalism - When Bill was doing our open house we spent that time going to all the other open houses in the area touring homes and talking to realtors. That was when we realized we hired the best realtor. Unlike the realtors we came across Bill was by far both in appearance and attitude 100% more professional!!! Thank you Bill for everything!!! We are definitely going to hire you again!

Tom was very helpful on finding a beautiful home that is located over 1000 miles from where we have resided since birth. He showed us several homes in different communities per my request, but after we actually spent some time together he was able to zero in on what we wanted. Beyond locating an appropriate home for us, Tom took it upon himself to make sure all inspections were properly taken care of by being totally involved during the entire searching, purchasing to closing process. Not being local it really meant allot to me what Tom did for us. Unfortunately; for Tom he will be the only available for the next moth to help lift heavy packages.

Wow. Words cannot adequately explain how wonderful our experience with Barb was. Most of our home searching was from another part of the country. Barb was always available, very knowledgable and very patient. We ended up purchasing a home we never saw in person. She took the time between showings on a weekend to skype the home with my husband. We knew that she would not steer us wrong and trusted her to be honest about the home. We took a leap of faith and we absolutely love our home. Barb is so unbelievably kind and professional, we feel so blessed to have found her to walk us through this process.
