Rosalie is always pleasant and will go the extra ten miles for her clients. At a crucial time when my own wonderful real estate agent was incapacitated due to surgery, Rosalie was so helpful to me and my husband that I really don't know how I would have managed without her. We were the buyers of a property at River Strand Estates, where Heather represented the sellers. Heather went out of our way to make us feel comfortable with the property and the neighborhood and club and went out of her way to answer all our questions before, during and even after the sale closed. She was very helpful and informative when she took us to look at Deep Creek properties and has kept us informed of new listings and price changes on the homes we looked at and sold properties. Kathy Lewis is truly one of a kind. Not only did I find Kathy a true professional but during the 4 months it took before my wife Heidi and I were able to call Lakewood Ranch our home, Kathy had to deal with periods of impatience, frustration and stress on our part and she did so by always bringing calm to the party while she quietly solved any and all problems in the background as they occurred - day or night - weekdays or weekends. Obviously, we were not the only client Kathy had to deal with at this time but she made it feel like we were by always being there when we asked. It had been 30+ years since my last home purchase and on many levels found the complexity of today's exercise to be overwhelming at times. Kathy was always there to educate and communicate, in very simple terms all that was needed to keep the process moving forward. By the end of our association, Heidi and I are proud to call Kathy a true friend. Under no circumstances would we ever consider selling or buying another home without Kathy by our side.

Ms. Deborah Woods made the experience of buying our Condo very easy especially from calling to inform of availability of the condo to showing us all of the features. Ms. Woods make the experience very enjoyable and she was very informative about the upgrades the former owner have done on the condo and she answered all the questions we asked. The sale and the closing was very professional and she made it very easy. Ms. Woods had extra keys make for us and also gave us a packet of all the local places we might like to visit.
