We worked with Tim for 8 months in looking for just the right home. During that time Tim became a trusted advisor and friend. We quickly learned that buying a home in Florida is a completely different experience than buying a home in any other state we ever lived. There are many different nuances involved in the purchase. If you do not have an experienced realtor looking out for you it could mean big trouble after the purchase. We earned our "Masters Degree in Home Purchasing" with Tim as our professor. Tim was patient, flexible and caring and never pushed us in our decision. We feel like we found our perfect home. Tim will always look out for your best interests and will not let you get hurt. We will use Tim again in the future and I would recommend him highly.

Kevin is fabulous - so welcoming, warm and friendly, patient and understanding. Purchasing a home on Don Pedro/Palm Island was a big decision. However, Kevin's wealth of knowledge regarding all aspects of Palm Island/Don Pedro made that decision much easier. We are looking forward to spending a lot of time and making many cherished family memories on the Island.
