My brother and I hired the team to sell our investment home in St. Pete. This team went above and beyond and had the highest level of integrity which was important because we are out of state sellers. Everyone was proactive every step of the way, we never had to wonder where things stood, and their communication was transparent and clear. Moreover, not only did they sell our home quickly, but they got top dollar. The entire transaction went smoothly, despite having some damage during a hurricane. I really can't rave enough about the work this team does. Everyone is exceptional and you can trust them to do the right thing for you.

Fred is an extremely knowledgable and detail-oriented Realtor. My wife and I have worked with him on multiple occasions. He is truly a great resource for a buyer or seller. Fred is Fantastic! Best decision I made was choosing Fred! We finally closed on my property this month. Let me tell you it was one of the hardest processes I have ever done in my life. The amount of hurdles we went through was insane! Permit delays, inspection issues, two hurricanes! Closing wouldn't have happened without a good team by my side. With no reservations, give her our highest recommendation. Working with Barbara has been a blessing. In every way she has exceeded our expectations. Worked with her for about a year and a half. We contracted to have a house built in Skye Ranch and were unable to be present for the construction. From contracting through inspections to the completion, she acted in our stead and did a better job of representing our interests than we would have. She is professional, smart, a great communicator, diligent and so very easy to work with. We received more and better updates from her than we did from our builder Taylor-Morrison. She also happens to be a joy to be around - very warm and caring. Actually feel our relationship with Barbara is more of that as a friend than a client/realtor relationship.

Jim was wonderful to work with during this transaction. We were from out of state and Jim was always available to answer any and all questions.
