Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Team Vanvliet was excellent to work with and put forth tremendous effort to sell our home. They had our home sold quickly and even in a down market. Could not recommend them more!

We first met Noel when she helped us find our condo in 2016. We were so happy with the service she provided we knew we wanted to work with her again on the sale of our condo. Noel is a professional and dedicated individual who went above and beyond our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with her service. We highly recommend Noel for your future real estate needs. Carolyn Calloway is not only a seasoned professional, but an extremely caring person who knows her clients and their needs. If we are ever in the market for a house again, or have anyone who needs a hands on top agent, it will definitely be Carolyn Calloway. Thanks so much for finding our dream home!

Margaret is very responsive to my interests in what i want for a home. Always well prepared and ready to meet with me to show a home, and within a few homes seen and 10 minutes of conversation knew exactly what i was looking for in a home in sunny Florida. I look forward to continue working with Margaret until we find the best home for me in the Venice area.

This was my first time purchasing a home and had no clue as to the process. Malcolm was very knowledgeable on the process and ensured there was transparency throughout the entire process. I had many questions and he did an awesome job in answering them. He listened to and observed my preferences in what I was looking for and found me the perfect home for my family. Thank you for all you did for me Malcolm.

We worked with the Top Realtor Team of Stuart Lawrence and Laura Lawrence twice, once to buy and then to sell our new construction home in the Lakewood Ranch Area, specifically in the Star Farms community. It was a very challenging time from a sellers perspective due to a small pool of buyers and a large inventory of similar homes for sale. A true buyers market. Stuart and Laura guided us through the entire process and helped us remain calm, cool and collected in a very difficult market that was personally very stressful for us. They always maintained total professionalism and focus throughout the process. Stuart is an excellent negotiator and he always puts his client first. We would strongly recommend this team for anybody looking to buy or sell their property in the Lakewood Ranch area as they have deep experience in this market. 5 Star Top Realtors.
