When I met Rise I never thought that I would have a friend for life! She is such an exceptional lady and will do whatever it takes to get you what you want in a home. I met this lady and the more I worked with her made she made me feel like a friend and did whatever it took to get the home I wanted. Even after I moved in, we became good friends and I have moved again but Rise will forever be a friend I will always cherish as she made me feel like I could trust her and after talking with her over months and years have established a friendship with her that I feel is timeless. her friends and family are lucky to have such a special lady in there circle. Jill Tench was very professional, patient and knowledgeable about her market. Since we weren't that familiar with Vero Beach, Jill picked us up at the hotel and drove us to each viewing. We ended up purchasing one that she showed. You would not regret contacting Jill for any real estate needs in the Vero area.

Friends had a condo to sell that lacked certain attributes that would have made that task easy to do. Debra Gurin took on the task with a realistic assessment of what needed to be done. She worked with the owners to add some polish. She put in extra time, even bringing in her husband to help get a recalcitrant refrigerator to fit where it needed to be. Debra was responsive at every point, clear in handling questions, detailed, and straightforward. She stayed the course, showing the condo and taking photos that presented it within its nice environment. I have nothing but respect for Debra's work ethic, integrity, and communicative style.
