We give Carol and her trusty assistant Dorsey Dumas 10 stars!! No kidding, Linda and I both feel very strongly about this. Carol, in her soft spoken, no pressure way, really gets things done when she say's they will be done. We can not think of one instance where she and Dorsey came up short. When dealing with photographers, other Brokers, Title Companies and prospective buyers, Carol was always professional . Like in most sales situations there were some tense moments, but Carol was always cool and her advice to keep us cool was spot on. Debra Guerin did a lot of research for me before we met face to face. She listened to me and zeroed in on listings I might have overlooked. She prepared a comprehensive folder with listing sheets and street maps. She is knowledgeable and responds quickly. Her design and building background is valuable, and she sometimes points out problem areas as well as strengths. She is wonderful to work with and I will recommend her to friends and family.

When I first met Heidi in order to look for a house/villa to buy in Sarasota, I could readily see that she carried herself as a true professional which she is. She has the can do attitude and is always willing to accommodate the requests that are presented to her. I don't believe that I could have found a better person to help me in my search. Kelly met my wife and me as we visited with a new neighbor across the street from where we formerly lived. She made a traditional "cold call" and we could tell from her attitude and presence she was the type of woman that would make a great friend --- it was fortuitous that we were in the market for a real estate expert to walk us through the Florida market place as we sought a new home of our own. In the course of the next two months she met us to show us properties throughout the Sarasota area. She had a real challenge in that we were shopping for a specific house requirement to meet my wife's habit of quilt sewing. What made it a challenge was the necessity of finding a home with a hobby room to accommodate an 11 foot long arm quilting machine. After looking at a large number of properties Kelly finally trumped a showing she was not sure we would like with a new home that just came on the marketplace for a second time. We bid more that the asking price and let the seller choose their buyer even though it meant delaying the sales date by extra time accommodate a tax situation we had. Kelly's overwhelming personality struck gold with the selling couple who was also the selling Realtor. So out of the casual meeting with us that was a complete cold call for her, she made alliance with another agent and her husband plus found us a property with an increased selling price meaning more commission for Kelly. Win/win all the way around. I would recommend Kelly Mooney for anyone's buying or selling needs. She does all that is necessary to make the deal and then some and added some frosting to the cake by setting up a two hour handyman service at our new home. Give her a call -- it may be the best phone call for your new buying experience. You won't regret the meeting.

I have bought and sold many properties over the last 25 years, but working with Marlene Marshall ranks at the top. She is knowledgeable, timely and resourceful. Preparation of the property required many activities to be completed remotely, and with her assistance and guidance, we were able to close in just 2 weeks!
