Doug went above and beyond in selling our property. Not only did he oversee minor construction, painting, carpet installation, etc., he also brought us a higher price than we ever expected. I can't say enough about his attention to detail, his follow-through and his willingness to do do whatever necessary to make the whole experience seem effortless. He is a true professional in every sense--honest, hard-working and extremely nice. I am so glad we chose him as our Realtor and I will miss working with him.

Geoff and I personally endorse Kay Nichols Barberio. Kay sold our former home. She was extremely professional, spot on with the value of the home, and we had a contract within 6 weeks. She has longtime history in Sarasota real estate. Her two boys came back to SRQ after college. Her husband is a successful business owner/CPA in town. Kay has volunteered numerous hours within the Sarasota County School system. I can assure anyone that she will do a great job listing your home or finding you your new "dream" home.
