Thank You For Your Patience I get home from work to find out my wonderful (oldest) daughter has locked me out of my laptop. As a grad student I pretty much saw my life flash before my eyes when I thought of all the writing and research I would possibly lose .. After 7 hours of trying to fix it on my own, I got on the phone with Priority 1 Computers, and they walked me through getting my laptop back up and running! Thank you Priority 1 for your patience and help!

Without a doubt the agent you want when buying a home in Punta Gorda! Jenn is who I refer to as the "House Whisperer". She is knowledgeable, fair, conscientious, and most of all smart! AND with common sense too. She arranged all our visits even though the only time we could come was over a Thanksgiving Holiday, We saw several of our favorites more than one time. After our visit she guided us through the buying process with hours of work doing comparison sales data, and guidance for our offers. She helped us negotiate a very difficult deal on our home of choice, then assisted us with negotiating a rental agreement with the sellers. We are very happy with the services that Jennifer provided. She is a fine professional. If you don't use Jennifer for your housing needs in Punta Gorda, you are not availing yourself of the very best professional there is in this area.

We flew into Florida to look at retirement homes. We were on a short schedule and Mitch worked patiently with us for several days. We were not looking at HOA's, but Mitch scheduled us into an association that he thought would catch our attention. It was the last house to see at the last scheduled day. After asking about the association we visited the office after Mitch left for the day. We then drove through the housing, and found a couple of others that caught out interest. We called Mitch to see if he could show them to us on Saturday. He changed his personal plans to accommodate us. Found the home we purchased. Good job Mitch.

Bermadette Caswell is not only great at what she does, she is also a wonderful, positive and energetic person as well. She is very sincere and just really great to work with. Her professionalism and experience, communication skills are top notch. Bernadette went to a great lengths to make our transaction as smooth as possible. We felt like she really cared about us getting this house. We are very grateful and feel extremely lucky, she was our guide throughout the entire process. Bernadette Caswell is the best agent we could ever ask for!

Autumn Beckett did a superb job in supporting my family in finding our home in Bradenton/Myakka, Florida area. We were looking for a specific piece of pastoral property in a particular region of the state. Autumn was able to understand my family's requirements and was very successful in showing us properties that fit our needs. She even offered to show a property that was outside our desired area that we did end up purchasing. What impressed me most was Autumn's desire to support us during the closing process. Our mortgage company requested last minute inspections of the property that required 3 days to process while we were out of town on vacation. We contacted Autumn and she arranged for the inspections to be done through the Thanksgiving holiday thus allowing us to close on the property on time. Overall, I would strongly recommend Autumn Beckett she is meticulous, driven and hard working with a positive attitude that will do what it takes to get the job done!
