Donna stayed on top of everything. Quickly answered all of my questions and worked well with the seller's Realtor. As we lived out of state, I could call Donna to view a home we looked at on line and she would send me more pictures and asked questions of the seller's Realtor and would get back to me quickly. I could call Donna even late in the evening and she would always respond. I would recommend Donna to anyone that was wanting to buy or sell a home. She is very knowledgeable and professional, knows her environment and can quickly find homes to show to perspective buyers

I have been a realtor for 28 years in the capital of another state . Appreciatively I have been a top realtor for nearly all of thoseyears. While internet searching for a retirement home in Florida, I made a random inquiry on a listing and within seconds Mr. Stuart Lawrence replied by phone . Others called or emailed back hours and some days later . While visiting Sarasota on a house hunting spree this past weekend it was Mr Lawrence that catered to our every whim . He portrayed honesty, due diligence and trustworthiness during our visit . He reminded me of myself, a seasoned Realtor . It is my opinion that he has a successful career in front of him . My sister and I both worked with Gregory and we each bought homes right next door to each other. We are relocating from Connecticut and New York City and did not know the area very well. Gregory was very helpful to us throughout the entire process and showed us properties in many different parts of town. He is knowledgeable and very patient and was always available to assist us whenever we needed him. In fact, he is still helping us as we finalize the details of our purchases. I would highly recommend Gregory to anyone needed help in finding or selling a home. He's terrific!

The whole process of buying a new home is both exciting and stressful. Even more so when you are foreigners buying a new home in a new country. The laws in the US really differ from those back home, the entire process is much longer, not to mention the many requirements that need to be met by strict deadline dates! Jane Ebury represented us in our recent purchase of a single-family home and she was heaven sent! She really listened to us and did not waste our time visiting homes that did not deliver what we were looking for. She not only found us the perfect home, but she guided us through the entire process, from loan prequalification to making the offer and closing the deal. She made sure we understood and were completely comfortable with every step in the process. She went above and beyond her duties by providing us with a list of referrals for everything we needed and followed up with us to make sure all was good once we moved it. We moved into our new home a few weeks ago and could not be happier! I would not hesitate for a minute in recommending Jane for a smooth, stress-free, exciting home-buying experience. When we decided to move from Texas to Lakewood Ranch Florida, we realized that a long-distance home search would present many challenges. Finding the right realtor would be very important. We feel so fortunate that we found Bryan at Michael Saunders. He was able to fully assist with any needs or questions that we had. Bryan is a life-long resident of the area and was excellent at finding us just the perfect home to fit our needs. We were able to view homes on-line and he was more than willing to face-time with us as we “looked” at the possibilities.
