My wife and I thought we may be interested in buying a seasonal home in Florida. Bruce took the time to introduce us to Sarasota. We were very impressed with his knowledge and the fact that he really cared about finding the perfect neighborhood for us. When we make a return trip to seriously buy, we will absolutely contact Bruce as he is making a list of properties for us to see. I give this agent a full five star!
