Noel goes over and above in every way possible! I wouldn't have sold my house or bought my new condo without the advice she had to give. I had been talking about selling for two years and had shared this info with many. When I shared this with Noel she came to my office the next day with loads of current information and took me by the hand and said lets go take a look... I'm ecstatic, thank you Noel for the gentle-encouraging and necessary nudge! I LOVE it!

Cynthia gives 200% of her time and knowledge to all her clients. She is extremely well informed and conscious. Never too busy to answer her phone calls,, text messages or e-mails no mater the time of day or night. her clients love and respect her she is a true professional. 5 stars definitely,

Stuart was the on-duty realtor at Michael Saunders & Company when we wandered in on a Sunday morning in November not having any idea where we were looking for a retirement home, or when we would be looking to make a purchase. He took the time to talk with us about our interests and tell us about Sarasota in general and specifically the Lakewood Ranch area. He directed us to several local areas that he thought would be of interest to us and ensured he had contact information should we choose to follow-up on our visit. We left having enjoyed a great visit to Sarasota and wanting to learn more about the area. Stuart turned out to be a fantastic source of information about homes in the area, builders, activities, amenities, health care, restaurants, beaches and shopping. We could not have found a better individual to assist with our questions and our search. We returned over the New Years weekend to preview homes with Stuart and to meet with several builders. We ended our visit having put a contract on a new home to be built in Lakewood Ranch, and feel that we would not have made the decision without having such a good understanding of our options thanks to Stuart and his thorough work to show us what was available. He took the time to understand our desires and match them to existing homes and build options so we could maximize our time in Sarasota and narrow our search effectively. We could not be happier with our new home, and really enjoyed working with Stuart in the process. 5 stars! Excellent!~

It took less than a month for Kathy DiCesare to find us the perfect home and get our offer accepted. Always professional, she confidently steered us through loan pre-approval and provided lists of licensed home inspectors and experts in remediation from which to choose. She understood our numerous anxieties and how to alleviate them, all the while facilitating the countless steps required to get us to closing.
