Tony was so easy to work with. I happen to like to search for properties online and he never had an issue with anything I wanted to view in person even if it was well below my maximum budget. I ended up buying a place through an online auction and Tony was right there every step of the way even at each bid. He also guided me to a local attorney for use as my closing agent since this was a foreclosure property and that made me feel much more comfortable in the process and it really cost no more than a standard closing through a title company. He even offered the name of a local contractor for remodeling work on my purchase who was just as nice. So, when I go to purchase or sell anything else in the area my first contact will be with Tony.

Tom is the best man for the job. At the very beginning he told us what to expect in our selling process, and it all unfolded like he said it would. He maximized the value of our property based on certain features and represented us well when it came down to the wire with a quirky buyer. Thanks Tom!

Over a year and a half ago, I went out looking to send a fax. I saw an office sign that read “Signature Florida Real Estate” and decided to stop to see if they had a fax machine. I walked into the office and looked to my “Left”….. then to my “Right” I am proud to say that I have been “Right” ever since! Then I saw you again at the Real Estate breakfast at the Clubhouse and you invited me to your table with your Agents. Right Again, Then you gave me an opportunity to sell Real Estate from your office. I learned so much just watching you in action. You defending me in front of ***** with those big shoulders, you worked late at night rewriting my contracts, you took me to showings and listings. You gave me insight about the properties in the Marina. You made me look like a champ with that comp for ******. You helped me in so many ways, you gave up your time at a moment’s notice to do whatever it took to help me. Small things like walking into an office, make life Grand.
