No question about it, it was our lucky day when we met Jennifer and "the power of two" . They catered to our interests and needs in helping us buy our home: close to siesta key beach with community pool and tennis courts. In addition,our time in Sarasota was short, but the "power of two" took care of expediting our purchase and final closing . Now we look forward to living in our home when we return in January and will rely on their wealth of knowledge about the area as we settle in.

After discussing the area I wanted to live in and the type of home desired for my daughter and myself, Jeff immediately started the discovery process. Jeff found an older mid century modern home in the neighborhood I wanted and we checked it out within hours of it being listed. We both looked at it and within a couple of minutes realized the potential for a beautiful home. Purchase price negotiated, contract signed at 8pm, and the house was mine in less than 24 hours. Jeff brought by the contract to Epicure that evening to get it done. It doesn't get more efficient than that. My daughter and I love our home. Thank you Jeff.

Tom was very helpful during the sale of my parents home. He was the buyers agent. We had a few bumps that Tom took his time to ease us through and went the extra mile to smooth things out to be agreeable to all. A great guy, and very professional. Thank you!

I was very pleased to be able to work with Lin Dunn when purchasing our vacation home. We met with Lin and within hours had paperwork completed and we were on our way back to Wisconsin. All of the follow up was done very efficiently. Lin was quick to respond to any questions no matter what time of day and I felt he went over and above to get our closing completed and make sure I had all the information I needed in a timely manner. Michael is a very professional, caring, and helpful person with impeccable integrity. He goes the extra mile to help his clients find what they want. He does not shoot from the hip with what you want to hear, more often that not his answer was I will find out and get back to you and he always did. He made the appointments at our convenience and was always timely. I have bought and sold many properties in my life and Michael is by far the best I have ever worked with.
