I would highly recommend Lin Dunn if you want a professional to sell your home . I live outside of Florida and Lin went above and beyond to make my experience of selling my Mothers home after she passed away. His personality is above any realtor that I have had any experience with. I was selling my home in St Louis Mo and buying a home in Town and Country Mo. The realtor I used in Missouri didn't keep me informed as well as Lin did in Florida.

Bonjour !! I have worked with both Maurice and Lin . I have purchased and sold with their help. They are fast knowledgeable, considerate, and on the cutting edge in the property market. Their experience in the County , and beyond is expansive. I have made several moves in my lifetime, from coast to coast. Trust me when I tell you, trust them with finding your happy space !! Love these guys. I knew them well enough to break bread with them, and I would do it again tomorrow if I were in Fla. Three months ago I met Mr. Lin Dunn from the Siesta key office of Michael Saunders & Co. It was to be my first acquisition of a home by myself at the age of 68. To say I was nervous and a little apprehensive is an understatement.but from the very start your associate Lin Dunn was the most helpful and professional real estate agent I have ever met. Mr Dunn always made me feel totally comfortable and his kindness and knowledge of the area helped me through this process beautifully. Even after finding the right condo, the help I continued to receive from Mr. Dunn was outstanding He told me from the beginning, if I needed anything to not hesitate to call him and he would be happy to help me. I can only tell you what a positive experience this has been for me. I would recommend Mr. Dunn and Michael Saunders & Co. to anyone looking for a home, condo or real estate. Linn was great. Our first outing with him on a all rainy day was great he really paid attention to what we wanted and also showed what we thought we wanted and showed us why we didn't. The second outing and ultimate purchase was all because while he listened and heard everything we said he also heard what we didn't say and found us the place we didn't know we wanted. We couldn't be happier. Future transactions, and we plan on additional transactions, will go no place else but with Linn Thank you Linn

My husband and I have done business with Doug Parks with 3 Florida properties, and he has done an outstanding job on each one. Doug first represented us when we purchased a condo on Longboat Key in 2012. He handled this transaction with such professionalism, attention to detail, and follow-up, that we knew we wanted him to help my sisters and I when we were selling 2 condos from my parent's estate this year. Both properties were sold and closed on less than 2 months after signing the listing agreement. This was not an easy task, since all four sisters live out of state. Cynthia worked with us when we were purchasing our first house in the area and were unfamiliar with the area and the market. She spent a lot of time with us and gave us very sound advice. She sold that house in 2010 in a very bad market, in less than a week. When we were buying our second house from a very difficult seller, she was invaluable in working through a number of issues with the seller, to successfully complete the purchase. Cynthia has proved to be an excellent knowledgeable realtor, that will work tirelessly for her client and has great communication skills. We would highly recommend her.

Tammy worked tirelessly to make our relocation from CT possible. She was always there for us when we had questions and/or concerns and did her best to keep us at ease. Tammy was very professional and also became a wonderful friend in the process
