Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
It was a very pleasant, easy experience working with Nancie while searching for a condo. She was most helpful, explained everything to us in detail and all in a very professional manner. If we ever need a Real Estate Agent - we would definitely deal only with Nancie.

Cynthia has worked with my wife and I on three transactions over the past few years with the highest level of professionalism and dedication. She is extremely knowledgeable in the South-West Florida Real Estate Market, and I would recommend any considering listing or purchasing in this region give Cynthia Ouellette a call and trust her with your interests.

We came from The Netherlands on holiday to Florida to visit our Dutch friends who live in Burnt Store Marina. We saw the area and got interested in renting or buying a condo or house. Through our friends we met Cynthia Ouellette, who was not only very professional but also extremely kind, friendly and helpful. She showed us several houses and apartments, and after a few days we decided to buy a condo in Sunset Key Circle. We returned to Holland and Cynthia looked after the closing and other important issues. She kept us informed by email. That was really a great help for us. You are blessed to have her working in your company. In other words: our rating for Cynthia is 'excellent'.

Ken is always there for us no matter if it is a phone call, text or email. He doesn't waste any time when it comes his clients. Very personable, knowledgeable, a gets" right with the program" person! He showed us properties that we were interested in, but also steered us to a different area, and that happened to be the right decision for us!!

We were in search of our first home in Florida. A family member referred us to Tina Ciaccio to assist in the buying process. She showed us several resale and new construction homes. We didn't think we would find what we were looking for until Tina suggested we look at a new community in Bradenton, Florida. Tina found us the home we were looking for, in an A-rated school district, and in our desired price range. She was patient, helpful and always acting as our advocate in dealing with the builder. We are very thankful for everything Tina has done for us throughout the entire process. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Tina to all our friends and family looking for a realtor.

Nancie was a great help in finding me the perfect house. After looking at EVERY condo in Sarasota we moved on to houses and found the perfect one in a short period. I'm a Realtor in another state and can testify to her professionalism and helpful personality
