Elizabeth did a fantastic job of helping us sell our condo in Sarasota. She really helped us hone in on the appropriate asking price, which was challenging, because there was a wide range of recent sale prices in our condo complex. She was also critically important in advising us on staging and the all important photos of the staged unit. She even lent us some of her artwork (excellent artist too!) to help stage the place. We got 98% of asking price and closed in less than a month in an all-cash deal.

I recommended Linda to a friend because of her expertise in dealing with foreign ownership issues, and her professionalism. She came through with flying colors! Linda developed a beautiful website listing for the condo my friend listed with her and the unit sold in 3 days. Quicker than any of us anticipated. She followed through with any issues and helped complete a smooth sale for a foreign owner. I will recommend again to any of my friends.
