When we were house hunting in various areas along the East Coast, Jim had the vision, expertise and knowledge to tell us about Sarasota, where we had never been before. We were relocating from Boston, and Jim was spot on that Sarasota met our needs. Our family has been so happy since we moved here in August. Jim guided as through any and all questions we had. He was never impatient, and we are first time home buyers, hence many, many questions. We would give Jim 6 out of 5 stars if possible. He went above and beyond what we needed and was always there in contact with us when we needed him.

When I was ready to make an offer on a property I had driven to several months earlier, Drew wanted to visit the property for himself, so he could guide me with the best approach. I couldn't be happier with his personal approach & guidance. Previously I lived in a Great Lakes state, so I was unfamiliar with what needed to be done before & after the purchase. Drew even called me a couple of weeks after the closing to see if he could help me with anything. Thanks for everything Drew.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Monica Verinder to find a new home on the west coast of Florida. She is a true professional that gave up countless hours to find the right home in the right location at the right price. We found an amazing home, thanks in large part to her. We put an offer in at 9PM on a Monday night and all the while, she kept plowing through the paperwork and explanations as if it were the middle of the day. For her to process the paperwork, she had to have easily been up well past midnight. That is the type of commitment we were spoiled with Monica representing us. She is the best we have worked with, bar none. To frame this a bit more clearly, we have bought 10 homes and sold nine. We are a very good judge of realtors and with Monica, you will be cared for and supported through the process. She points out positives and negatives with the property, how it compares to others in that neighborhood/area and without exception, how well this property fit the profile of the property we were pursuing.
